To return an item after delivery, take it to the nearest post office and simply post it back to us. Please contact us providing the tracking number and Order number of the item(s). You'll be notified once we receive the item and you'll be refunded the exact amount of the product excluding shipping fee. In case of Exchanges, once you're notified we have received the item, please place a new order and you'll still receive a refund of the previous purchase.
