If you have forgotten your password or would like to reset it, or if you need to make any changes to your personal details, please do so under your account dashboard. If you're still having trouble please contact us

To return an item after delivery, take it to the nearest post office and simply post it back to us. Please contact us providing the tracking number and Order number of the item(s). You'll be notified once we receive the item and you'll be refunded the exact amount of the product excluding shipping fee. In case of Exchanges, once you're notified we have received the item, please place a new order and you'll still receive a refund of the previous purchase. All refunds are paid back to the payment method you used when placing the order. Please note, some items can't be returned, so please read our full return policy

No you don't need to create and account to purchase from Okazion but we will need your email during checkout to send your order details and communicate if neccessary about your order. You also do not need to create an account with PayPal if paying by PayPal simply click pay with card but still PayPal will need your email to send confirmation details.
Yes you can track your order under your account dashboard or simply click track order in the order confirmation email we sent you and you'll see the current status of your order.

Yes we do to selected countries. We use the services of DHL Express. During checkout, please enter your Country, City and Zip Code to receive an estimated shipping cost. If the System responds with no estimated shipping quote, please do not proceed with the order and contact us instead.
