Hi guys just to let you know Okazion is operating business as usual. And you now have longer to return!

How do I return?


You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 35 days after purchase. Items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact)
  • Not contain personal data or have been manufacturer-registered (for phones, tablets, computers, etc)
  • Have proof of purchase such as receipt or delivery note

You will need to pay for your returns, you can find out the postage price at your local post office. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.
You've got 35 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.

  • 1 Repack your items.
  • 2 Send us the Order Number and your phone number.
  • 3 Select your preferred return postal option (Print returns label at home or in store options).
  • 4 Once you have processed your return post it off, make sure you keep proof of postage!
  • 5 Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.

Good to know...

We've gone paperless! You'll no longer receive a delivery note in your parcel.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place. 


To make an exchange, return your item following the guides and policy above then place a new order for the same product (subject to availability). We can exchange an item up to 35 days after purchase if it meets the conditions of our returns policy listed above.

                               Faulty products

Check your product manual for help with common issues. You can also find some useful advice on our troubleshooting guides for washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigerated appliances and TVs.
If you’re still having problems with a product you’ve bought, please contact us 
If your item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we’ll give an exchange or refund with proof of purchase. 

After 30 days, we'll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
